Returns & Refund Policy

At OhSoHeavenly Cookies, we take pride in delivering fresh, high-quality products. Due to the perishable nature of our cookies, we do not accept returns once an order has been delivered.

Damaged or Incorrect Orders
If your order arrives damaged, incorrect, or not up to standard, please contact us within 24 hours of delivery. Include your order number and clear photos of the issue so we can assess it quickly.

If approved, we may offer:

  • A replacement order, or

  • A partial or full refund

Non-Returnable Items
All food items, including cookies and baked goods, are non-returnable and non-refundable once delivered, unless there is a proven issue with the order.

Order Changes & Cancellations
Orders may only be changed or cancelled within 2 hours of placing the order. After this, production may have already begun.

Refund Processing
If a refund is approved, it will be processed back to your original payment method within 5–10 business days, depending on your bank or payment provider.
